Waterfest Vendor Application

  • Dates: November 23 & 24, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. each day

    • You agree to be open for business during these hours for both days;
    • Set-up is on November 22, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.;
    • Removal by 12:00 P.M. on November 25, 2019
    • Location: Englewood Beach on Manasota Key, Florida 34223

    Required:

    • Provide a Florida or out of state Vendor license;
    • For food / beverage vendors -- submit copy of Florida Health Dept. Certificate
    • Provide General Liability Insurance:
    • a) You must name Englewood Beach Waterfest, Inc., OPA and Charlotte County as Additional Insured, to be executed upon application approval;

    Sale of all WATER, SODA and ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES is strictly prohibited.

    Deadline: Completed applications must be submitted no later than November 1, 2019

    Upon approval, payment will be required within 7 business days. Reservation for booth space will be cancelled promptly if payment is not received via mail or PayPal/credit card. You can pay your vendor fee with PayPal/credit card here. Alternately, make check payable and mail payment to:

  • In the interests of vendors, only items described herein will be approved. Englewood Beach Waterfest, Inc. reserves the right to limit products with competing vendors within close proximity.

  • Booth Information:

    • Power / Water / Electric is NOT provided
    • Booth locations are all located within the dry pit area at Englewood Beach.
    • Assignment will be determined by Englewood Beach Waterfest, Inc. You will be provided with a map illustrating your area by November 16, 2019 via email as well as contact info for any questions.
    • Following set-up, no parking is available in the dry pits. Transportation will be provided to your vehicle provided it’s within a close proximity. Special staging/restocking needs should be explained in this application so that we may facilitate your requirements effectively.
    • Off-hour security is provided as a courtesy and by no means implies responsibility. It is clear that any theft/vandalism will be reported to Charlotte County Sheriff Department directly and Englewood Beach Waterfest, Inc. will be held harmless from any loss or damages.
    • Provide a clear description/photo of the signage/display/tent you intend to utilize.
    • Generators and extension cords are allowed as long as they are contained within your vendor area and as long as the noise level of the generator does not adversely affect adjoining neighboring vendors. If your generator is needed for your vendor practices, please note that if it is noticeably noisy, Englewood Beach Waterfest, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ask you to not use it. In the event you are asked to discontinue use of your generator, your vendor fees will NOT be refunded.
    • It is understood that the Englewood Beach Waterfest is an outside event and that inclement weather could result in delays and/or cancellations. There will be no refunds for any days where the intended events are affected by inclement weather.

    • 10’ x 10’   $300
    • 10’ x 20’   $600
    • 20’ x 20’   $1,200
    • 20’ x 40’   $2,400
    • Trailer Display Fee is based on trailer. Please provide specifics and your fee will be determined.
